Marketing Intern

TeamDynamix, the leading project portfolio management (PPM) software and services provider for the Higher Education market, is currently seeking a Marketing Intern. The Marketing Intern will assist the marketing department in several key areas.  The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and interested in pursuing a career in technology marketing.

• Coordinating conferences and trade shows
  
• Creating copy for print, web and other marketing assets 
• Updating product user guides to reflect latest software release
  
• Maintaining contacts in CRM database for sales
• Updating competitor analysis documentation
  
• Identifing contributed article authors and webinar presenters
  
• Proofreading press releases, product communication, collateral pieces and email marketing messages

Ideal skills (not required):

• Graphic design
• Basic HTML knowledge

Education/Experience:

• Currently enrolled junior or senior at a Central Ohio college/university with a major in Marketing, Business or similar
• Previous internship experience preferred
  

Compensation:
$10/hour, 10-15 hours per week

Really Smart Developers

TeamDynamix, the leader in PPM software for Higher Education, is currently seeking really smart developers to help create the next generation bleeding edge versions of its product set. The ideal candidate for this position would have extreme interest and or demonstrated proficiency in the following things.

• VB.NET/C#.NET and ASP.NET
• Really big databases built on SQL Server technologies (TSQL)
• Web based tools and languages (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, XML, Flex)
• Microsoft Silverlight, WPF, and WinForms
• ORM (NHibernate)
• The ability to analyze and understand complex business situations and translate those into innovative technology solutions
• End user and client facing skills (aka, being nice to the business folks)
• The desire to work in a very casual, fun environment that places significance on accomplishing stuff, not 8-5 work days

Technical Consultant

TeamDynamix, the leader in PPM software for Higher Education, is currently seeking an individual to help technical consulting to customers as well as do technical documentation, application development, and provide customer support. The Columbus, OH based position would require some travel and an ideal candidate would have the following skill set.

• Ability to quickly understand business processes
• Ability to understand complex systems and map them into an existing product
• Ability to communicate cleanly and clearly, with both spoken and written word
• Ability to document internal and external business and system processes
• Understanding of SQL databases
• Development Experience in the area of VB.NET/C#.NET a plus

The candidate will also have other possible development, testing, or documentation duties as assigned.
